If you are a Shopify or Wix user you must log in via your Shopify / Wix dashboard for your surveys to be visible.
Steps to resolve:
1. Please click the profile menu on the top right and log out.
2. Access your Shopify or Wix dashboard.
3. Open the Asklayer app via your Shopify or Wix dashboard apps section.
