You can configure how frequently the survey is displayed in the Delivery Settings.
Setting | Description |
Only once | The survey will not be displayed again after the first appearance, regardless of whether it was answered. |
Once per session, never again if completed | The survey is displayed once per session. It will not be displayed again after the survey has been answered. |
Every time if the survey is not completed | The survey will be displayed every time until the user submits a response. |
Note: If the user is browsing in Incognito or Private mode, survey response data will not be retained, which may cause the survey to be displayed again.
