Asklayer supports four types of coupons that can be shown to survey respondents as a reward. The available types depend on your platform.
Auto Coupon
Available on Shopify only.
Asklayer automatically generates a unique discount code for each respondent based on a discount rule you set up in Shopify.
Best for: Shopify stores that want unique, one-time-use codes without manual management
Requires: A discount rule configured in Shopify
Static Coupon
A single fixed discount code is shown to all respondents who qualify. Available on all platforms.
Best for: Simple promotions where everyone receives the same code

Free Shipping
Available on Shopify only.
Automatically generates a unique free shipping coupon for each respondent.
Best for: Shopify stores offering free shipping as a survey reward
Requires: A free shipping discount rule configured in Shopify
Coupon Pool
Available on non-Shopify platforms only (WordPress, Wix, ColorMe, Ecwid, etc.).
Upload a list of unique codes in advance. Each qualifying respondent receives one code from the pool.
Best for: Pre-generated codes from external systems or third-party loyalty platforms
Note: When the pool runs out, no coupon will be shown to new respondents
