๐ŸŽ‰ Platform feature updates:

๐Ÿ†• Completion Notifications: Admins and facilitators can now receive notifications when a learner completes a training path ๐Ÿ“ฉ

๐Ÿ“ฌ What is it?

A new feature that allows facilitators and admins to be notified when a learner completes a training path. Notifications can be sent via email or displayed within the app.

๐Ÿ‘ฅ Who is it for?

This feature is aimed at:

  • Coaches who want to stay informed in order to congratulate, follow up, or support learners

  • Admins who need to monitor completions for HR or funding purposes

๐ŸŒ Use cases:

โœ… Be notified when a learner completes a path, in order to:

  • Maintain a close and engaged relationship with learners

  • Forward certificates or completion data to HR departments

  • Identify struggling learners and provide support

  • Anticipate and automate follow-up without manual tracking

โš™๏ธ How to activate:

  • Go to your publication settings

  • Enable the option "Email notification" or "Platform notification"

๐Ÿ”” When activated, notifications will be sent:

  • By email

  • And/or within the application

๐Ÿ’ก Good to know:

  • โŒ Notifications are disabled by default. Each user must activate them manual

  • ๐Ÿค” A learner may trigger two notifications for the same publication if it includes a final assessment:

Upon first completion, even if the assessment is not passed but attempts remain

Upon passing the assessment or using all attempts

  • โ„น๏ธ Completion = All modules and evaluations viewed, regardless of validation

  • โš ๏ธ Notifications are not yet available for full programs

  • ๐Ÿšซ Notification content is not configurable at this time

๐Ÿ†• Enhanced Project Preview

๐Ÿช„ Whatโ€™s new:

Previously, the preview screen showed the status of all modules-sometimes making it hard to read.

Now, two modes are available:

  1. ๐Ÿ“š View all content โ€“ Displays all modules, regardless of status: in progress, to be validated, validated, to be published, published.

  2. ๐Ÿ”’ View learner-accessible content only - Displays only modules with the โ€œto be publishedโ€ or โ€œpublishedโ€ status.

๐Ÿ“ Why it matters:

  • Easier review of content under development

  • Simulate the learnerโ€™s view of the training path

  • Test the Teaching Assistant directly from the published preview

๐Ÿ†• Import SCORM Modules with Assessments and Track Scores ๐ŸŽ“

A new feature for authors using SCORM modules in their training paths.

๐Ÿช„ Whatโ€™s new:

You can now configure SCORM modules as assessments by defining a minimum score requirement during setup.

โœ… What this enables:

  • Track learner scores for SCORM-based modules within publication stats

  • Export assessment results

  • Integrate SCORM assessments into training journeys with consistent reporting

๐Ÿ“Š This update improves reporting consistency and enables admins to more easily track learner performance, even on external SCORM content. A new step towards more precise and consistent management of your e-learning programs!

๐Ÿ‘ฅ For whom:

  • Clients using SCORM authoring tools to create evaluations

  • Organizations needing to:

    • Monitor learner scores

    • Set required passing scores

๐ŸŒ Why:

  • To import SCORM 2004 modules containing evaluations

  • To define a minimum score (%)

  • To view scores in publication statistics

  • To export results in evaluation reports

โš™๏ธ How to set it up:

  1. Create a SCORM module in a project

  2. Enable โ€œThis package contains an assessmentโ€

  3. Set the required passing score (%)

  4. Upload the SCORM package

  5. Publish the module

  6. View scores in the stats

๐Ÿ’ก Practical info:

  1. The minimum score can only be defined during the initial creation of the module. Editing an existing SCORM package is not yet supported. This feature is currently under development.

  2. This feature is currently compatible only with SCORM 2004. Support for version 1.2 is planned but not yet available.

๐Ÿ†• Final Evaluation & Evaluation Module - Score Requirement Logic Update ๐Ÿ“

Major update on how validation scores are managed for assessments.

๐Ÿ“Š Before: Dynamic logic

  • Completion was previously calculated dynamically.

  • Changing the required score could retroactively alter a learner's completion status.

โš ๏ธ Example: Learner A scores 50 when the required score is set to 40 โ†’ they are marked as "completed."
If the required score is later changed to 70, Learner A is reverted to "not completed," which can lead to confusion.

๐Ÿ”„ Now: Score is fixed per attempt

  • Validation is recorded at the end of each attempt.

  • The status is locked in at that moment.

  • Future changes to the required score apply only to new attempts.

โœ… What this changes:

When a learner takes their assessment, the required score in effect at that moment is saved as a reference. This acts as a kind of "tacit agreement" between the learner and the platform. Their completion status will not be retroactively changed, even if the grading scale is updated later.

๐Ÿš€ A more fair learner experience

This update aims to ensure:

โœ… Stable completion data
โœ… Stronger pedagogical consistency
โœ… Greater learner confidence in their progress

๐Ÿ“ˆ We recommend that admins define the required score when designing the evaluation module, to ensure consistency across training paths.

๐Ÿ†• Flashcards Interface Update

โœ… What this brings

  • A more modern and dynamic interface, similar to the new learner experience

  • The ability to add images to flashcards

  • An improved visual experience for your learners, regardless of their learning path

โš ๏ธ Please note: Keyboard navigation within a flashcard session is not yet available in this new interface.

๐Ÿ†• Activity report: filter learner progress by date ๐Ÿ—“๏ธ

Admins often need to generate accurate reports showing a learnerโ€™s progress over a specific period. Until now, the date range was only displayed in the certificate header, without affecting the report data.

๐Ÿช„ Whatโ€™s new

It is now possible to generate an activity report filtered by date, which accurately reflects the learner's activity during the selected period.

โš™๏ธ How to use it ?

  1. Go to the Administration tab.

  2. Click the "Report" button to generate an activity report.

  3. In the configuration window, enable the option to apply the date range to learner progress.

๐Ÿ“ˆ What this means in the report

  • Only the modules completed during the selected period are included in the total time displayed at the top of the certificate.

  • Modules completed outside of the selected period appear in grey, and their duration is not counted.
