How to Export Data from the At Last Dashboard

Follow the steps below to export your data efficiently.

Export Limits

  • Each export is limited to 10,000 results.

  • You can perform up to 3 exports per day.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Navigate to the Returns Tab

    • Click on the "Returns" tab on the left-hand menu.

  2. Initiate the Export Process

    • Click on the “Export” button located in the top right corner of the screen.

  3. Set Up Export Options

    • A pop-up window will appear titled "Export options."

    • Confirm the number of results you are about to export. Remember, the limit is 10,000 results per export.

  4. Enter Email Address

    • In the “Email to” field, enter the email address where you want the export file to be sent.

  5. Export as CSV

    • Click on the “Export as CSV” button to start the export process.

  6. Check Export Limit

    • Note that you have 3 exports remaining per day. This information will be displayed at the bottom of the export options pop-up.

  7. Receive Exported Data

    • The exported CSV file will be sent to the email address you specified. Check your email to download and review the exported data.

Note: It can take up to 10 minutes to receive the export.

Tips for Efficient Data Export

  • Plan Your Exports: Since you are limited to 3 exports per day, plan your exports in advance to ensure you capture all necessary data within the limits.

  • Segment Your Data: If you need to export more than 10,000 results, consider segmenting your data by date range or other relevant criteria to stay within the limit.

  • Verify Email Address: Double-check the email address you enter to ensure you receive the export file without any issues.

By following these steps, you can efficiently export data from the At Last dashboard, making it easier to manage and analyse your information.

Export CSV Contents

The exported CSV file from the At Last dashboard will contain the following columns:

Description

internalId

The internal At Last identification number for the return.

id

The unique identifier for the return. Usually, it would be the what3words.

order

The order number associated with the return. This is either manually entered by a shopper or synced from the merchant OMS.

createdAt

The date and time when the return was created.

accountEmail

The email address associated with the account.

evaluationStatus

The current status of the QA evaluation process.

shipmentState

The current state of the shipment (e.g., ready, shipped, delivered).

shipmentTracking

The tracking number associated with the shipment.

merchant

The merchant associated with the entry.

items

The items included in the order or return.
