It takes about a minute to set up, and it's free for now on every plan.
Free for now — and how this is different from the API. Asking Atria questions through Claude or ChatGPT — this MCP connection — is free for now on every plan, and no credits are drawn. That's a different thing from the Atria REST API, a separate product for building programmatic pipelines, which bills 1 credit / request. If you're just asking questions in your AI tool, you're on the free-for-now MCP path. Building automated jobs? See Using the Atria API.
Start in Atria's setup hub
Atria now has a guided setup hub for connecting your AI tool: a setup wizard and connect page that walk you through it step by step, and a prompt library of ready-made things to ask once you're connected. If you'd rather wire it up yourself, a manual developer-mode setup is the first option offered — that's the route the steps below spell out in full.
Connect Claude
In Claude, go to Settings → Connectors (on the web, that's claude.ai → Connectors).
Add a custom connector called Atria, using the URL
https://api.tryatria.com/mcp.Click Add, then Connect, and sign in to Atria in the window that opens.
Connect ChatGPT
In ChatGPT, open the app directory and search for Atria (or open the Atria app page directly).
Click Connect.
Sign in to Atria to authorise it.
You can connect the same way in other tools like Cursor and Codex — it's the same Atria connection.
Check it's working
Ask your AI tool something simple, like "List my Atria ad accounts." If it comes back with your accounts, you're connected.
What you can do once you're connected
With Atria connected, you can ask your AI tool to:
Search our ad library of 25M+ ads — filter by platform, format, industry and more, and pull hooks, copy, landing pages and asset links
Bring in your own brand data and saved boards — including your workspace's own brand details and product list, and your ad boards
Look at ad-level performance across Meta and TikTok
Read video transcripts, and brief image generation
Anything that would change or delete data asks for confirmation before it runs, so a connected tool can't quietly alter your workspace.
It's a lovely way to weave Atria into how you already work. Any trouble getting connected, just shout.
