Understand and manage AI credits

Credits are how you use Atria's AI. When Raya does something for you — analysing your account, answering a question, generating or iterating ads, building a report — it draws on your credits. Different actions use different amounts. For the heavier generation actions you can see the cost before you commit, and for everything else you can see exactly where your credits went in your consumption report — so it's easy to stay on top of.

For the actions where the cost varies most, you can check before you commit:

For other things — chatting with Raya, for example — you won't see a figure in advance, but you can always see exactly what they used afterwards. That's what your consumption report is for.

You can view your consumption report inside Atria any time. It breaks your usage down across the billing cycle — by feature and by team member — so you can see exactly what's been driving your credits rather than guessing. If a number ever looks off, that's the first place to look (and then just shout — we can go through it together).

This is the single most important habit, so we'll be straight with you about it.

Auto-Gen can run in the background and generate ads for you automatically. When it's enabled, Atria creates 4 optimised ad iterations each cycle, and each one costs 480 credits (12 images plus AI insights) — so a full cycle can use up to around 1,920 credits if you leave it running. Any image credits you don't use are refunded automatically, and you can turn it off any time.

It's genuinely useful once you're set up — but if it's left on before your Brand World is built out, it'll generate from incomplete brand context and burn through credits you'd rather keep. It's the number-one reason people get caught out. It's no longer silent, though: turning Auto-Gen on now asks you to confirm first, and each run finishes with a notice showing the credits it used and a link to its settings — so you'll see it start and see exactly what it cost. The guidance below still stands; keeping Auto-Gen off until your Brand World is ready just means you spend those credits when you mean to.

Your plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits — you can see your allowance and your current balance in Atria. If you're heading towards the end of them before the month's out, you've got options:
