The Energy Reports Data Connector add-on for WebCTRL is a legacy integration which enables secure connectivity between the WebCTRL building automation system and Atrius, providing building and meter information and data.
Troubleshooting
Automated Logic provides all support for this integration, so you will need to contact your ALC dealer who will put you in contact with the ALC technical support team for assistance.
In the meantime, ALC recommends to check the following:
Did something change on your end in the past 2-3 days, such as network changes, ER Data Connector reconfiguration?
Is the Token on the Energy Reports Connector expired? If so, re-authenticating the connector might bring the points back online.
