With Audien Reviews, emails soliciting reviews are sent based on your preferences set in the Auto Request Reviews Guide. Our Request Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of these emails and their performance.
Accessing the Request Dashboard
Click on "Collect Reviews" from the app menu.
Understanding Request Statuses
Scheduled: Review request email is set to be sent 14 days post-order fulfillment.
Sent: Email has been sent but remains unopened by the customer.
Opened: Customer has accessed the review request email.
Cancelled: Email was withdrawn prior to its scheduled dispatch.
Paused: Email sent failed due to reasons like customer unsubscription or invalid email address.
Understanding Review Statuses
Unreviewed: Customer hasn't responded to the review request.
Partially Reviewed: Customer has reviewed some, but not all, items from the order.
Reviewed: Customer has completed the review.
Managing Email Review Requests
For immediate dispatch of a review request, click the plane icon next to the order.
To refrain from sending a review request for a specific order, click the cancel button next to the order.
