Before you get started
Make sure you have permission to access your Oztix account and write for events. If you don't, please ask your Oztix account manager for this access.
Ensure you have access to API tokens in your Audience Republic account
How to connect to OzTix
Go to Account Settings > API tokens tab
Generate a new API token
Share that Audience Republic API token with your Oztix account manager
When your Oztix account manager has verified with you and entered the API Token, please reload your browser to check if Oztix has connected successfully.

What data is not synced?
Does not sync any mobile numbers
Date of birth
Gender
Tags
Street address
Event capacity
Event tour information
Refund data
Cannot resync full event data manually
