How to connect to OzTix

Steps to connecting your OzTix account to Audience Republic

Before you get started

  • Make sure you have permission to access your Oztix account and write for events. If you don't, please ask your Oztix account manager for this access.

  • Ensure you have access to API tokens in your Audience Republic account


How to connect to OzTix

  • Go to Account Settings > API tokens tab

  • Generate a new API token

  • Share that Audience Republic API token with your Oztix account manager

  • When your Oztix account manager has verified with you and entered the API Token, please reload your browser to check if Oztix has connected successfully.


What data is synced?

  • Contact ID

  • First and last name

  • Email address

  • Order ID

  • Date and time of purchase

  • City

  • State

  • Country

  • Postcode

  • Event images


What data is not synced?

  • Does not sync any mobile numbers

  • Date of birth

  • Gender

  • Tags

  • Street address

  • Event capacity

  • Event tour information

  • Refund data

  • Cannot resync full event data manually
