How to connect to SeeTickets Benelux

Steps to connecting your SeeTickets Benelux account to Audience Republic

Before you get started


Connect SeeTickets Benelux to Audience Republic

  • In your Audience Republic account, go to Account Settings > Integrations page

  • Next to See Tickets Benelux, click Connect

  • Enter your See Tickets Benelux Username, Password and Merchant ID

  • Login to your See Tickets Benelux account to retrieve this information

How to retrieve your Merchant ID

  1. Within SeeTickets Benelux, navigate to Merchant > Integrations > API Tokens

  2. From here, please generate a token and select a scope

  3. Select the scope(s): orders-for-salesforce.json and products-for-event.json

  4. Once completed, you will be presented with the refreshed token.

  5. Copy the token and paste it into the "Merchant ID" section to connect


What data will be synced?

  • First and last name

  • Date of birth

  • Mobile number (without country code)

  • Email address

  • Country code

  • Zipcode

  • Order ID, total price, quantity, currency, date purchased

  • Product ID

  • Event Title, event ID, start and end dates


What data won't be synced?

  • Event images

  • Tour information

  • Refund data

  • State

  • Contact ID

  • Gender

  • Tags

  • Cannot resync events if they are deleted

  • Cannot resync Full Event Data

  • No marketing opt-in is available


Data discrepancy

Please note there may be a 3-5% data discrepancy with our ticketing integrations. This is a normal occurrence as we are a data aggregator and each ticketing platform has its unique way of calculating and displaying ticketing data. Therefore, when such data is displayed in Audience Republic, a certain percentage of difference is to be expected.
