Before you get started
Make sure you have a TicketSpice account and an API Key. Please notify your Customer Success Manager that you want to connect your Ticketspice account with Audience Republic.
How to connect to your Ticketspice account
Log in to your Ticketspice account and create an API Key.
Go to Extras in the main navigation and select Integrations
Click on the button to Add API Key
Give Your API a Reference Name and Copy the Key
You will need to share this API Key with your CSM so they can internally connect this to your Audience Republic account
Click Update Key to close the window.
Please note, you may need to refresh the page to see the newly generated API Key.
Go to the Integrations menu
Click Connect next to Ticketspice
Enter your
Account Name
API Key
Connect
What data will be synced?
Only events connected to the specified merchant ID will sync
Event data: name, date, ID, time
Ticket/order data: price, ID, purchase time, contact ID
Contact data: Full name, email address, mobile number (without country code), city, state, country
Auto sync frequency is daily
What data won't be synced?
Event images
Tour information
Refund data
Date of birth
Tags
Webhook syncs
Cannot resync events if they are deleted
Cannot resync Full Event Data
No marketing opt-in is available
Data Discrepancy
Please note there may be a 3-5% data discrepancy with our ticketing integrations. This is a normal occurrence as we are a data aggregator and each ticketing platform has its unique way of calculating and displaying ticketing data. Therefore, when such data is displayed in Audience Republic, a certain percentage of difference is to be expected.
