How to connect to AXS

Steps to connecting your AXS account to Audience Republic

Before you get started

Connecting your AXS account to Audience Republic allows you to sync events, contacts, and ticket orders seamlessly. With this integration, opted-in fans can be automatically added to your messaging lists, helping you streamline your marketing efforts. Please make sure you have an AXS account. Please note this integration connects to the Australian region.


Step 1: Connect to AXS

  • Go to Account Settings > Integrations tab

  • Next to the AXS integration, click Connect

  • Enter your AXS Account name, select a list to subscribe contacts to (optional), and enter the Marketing Opt-in Checkbox ID

Step 2: Contact Your AXS Representative

Once you've connected your account in Audience Republic, you'll need to contact your AXS Account Representative and request that they enable your Audience Republic data feed.

AXS will configure your account to securely deliver your ticketing data to Audience Republic, including information such as:

  • Events

  • Ticket sales

  • Attendee details

  • Marketing consent

This is a required step before any data can begin syncing.

Note: The integration will remain in a Pending Setup state until AXS has enabled your data feed.


Step 3: Audience Republic Activation

After AXS has confirmed that your data feed is live, our Engineering team will complete a one-time activation.

During this step, we will:

  • Verify the incoming data belongs to your account.

  • Link the feed to your Audience Republic account.

  • Trigger the initial sync.

This is a quick verification process designed to ensure your data is connected securely and accurately.

Once completed, your integration will begin syncing automatically on a scheduled basis—no further setup is required.


Setup Checklist

To complete your AXS integration:

  • ✅ Connect your AXS account in Account Settings → Integrations.

  • ✅ Enter your AXS Account Name.

  • ✅ (Optional) Select a Messaging List for opted-in ticket purchasers.

  • ✅ Contact your AXS Account Representative and request that they enable your Audience Republic data feed.

  • ✅ Once AXS confirms the feed is active, let the Audience Republic Support team know so we can complete the final activation.


What data will be synced?

Event data:

  • Name, date, time, event ID

Order data:

  • ID, Orders, Price

Contact data:

  • Name, email address, mobile number (without country code), country, state, city

  • Tags imported

  • Marketing Opt-ins

  • When you sync your contacts, they will all be added to the system. However, any contacts who opted-out will not be added to your list(s).


What data won't be synced?

  • Date of birth

  • Tags

  • Gender

  • Event images: you will need to add images to your events

  • Tour information

  • Refund data

  • No mobile country code

  • Cannot resync Full Event Data manually

  • Cannot Resync events if they are deleted


Data discrepancy

Please note there may be a 3-5% data discrepancy with our ticketing integrations. This is a normal occurrence as we are a data aggregator and each ticketing platform has its unique way of calculating and displaying ticketing data. Therefore, when such data is displayed in Audience Republic, a certain percentage of difference is to be expected.
