How to View, Create, and Manage Segments

Use this guide to view, save, edit, rename, or delete tags and segments in Audience Manager.

View Existing Tags and Segments

From Audience Manager

  1. Go to Audience Manager

  2. Click the ˅ dropdown arrow next to the “Audience” title

  3. Select Segments to see all saved segments

From the Filter Menu

  1. Go to Audience Manager

  2. Click Filter in the top menu

  3. Choose Segment > Show All to view segments

Save a New Segment

  1. Go to the Audience or Insights menu

  2. Click Filter and build your criteria

  3. Click Save Segment

  4. Your segment will now appear in the Segments dropdown menu

Saved segments are dynamic and automatically update when contacts match the filter criteria.

Edit a Segment

  1. Click the Segments dropdown in Audience or Insights

  2. Select the segment you want to update

  3. Adjust the filter settings as needed

  4. Click Save to apply changes

Rename or Delete a Segment

  1. In the Segments dropdown, find the segment

  2. Hover over the name and click the pencil icon

  3. Choose one of the following:

    • Rename Segment: Update the name and save

    • Delete Segment: Confirm deletion

Deleting a segment will also remove associated dynamic lists.
