Formatting tips for campaign text
You can format text in your campaign setup using simple HTML tags.
Line breaks: Use <br> to break up long text into multiple lines.
Example:

Note: Line breaks do not work in the prize description section (Step 3).
Bold text: Wrap with <b> and </b>
Example:
<b> All of this text will bold. </b>
This text won't be <b> but </b>, but will be.
Font size: Wrap with either <font size = "X"> </font size = "X"> for dedicated text size or <big> </big> or <small> </small> for the default sizes.

Share your campaign link
You’ll find your unique campaign URL on the campaign dashboard. This is the link fans will use to register. You can share this link via:
Email: Announce the campaign and clearly explain what fans can gain — early access, prizes, VIP rewards, etc.
Instagram: Use Stories and Reels to drive urgency. Add the campaign link to your bio or use the link sticker.
TikTok: Create hype with artist or influencer content. Include the campaign link in bio or comments.
Facebook: Run boosted posts or ads with a strong CTA. Add social proof by showcasing other fans joining.
SMS: Send a short, compelling message with the registration link. Works especially well close to on-sale.
Make it visual
Use your campaign artwork and rewards imagery to create eye-catching posts. Recommended formats:
1200 x 628px for link previews
1080 x 1080px or 1080 x 1920px for social stories
MP4 for short videos or artist messages
Pro tips:
Set a clear CTA: “Register for early access”, “Join the waitlist”, “Win VIP tickets”
Add urgency with dates: “Register before [date] to qualify”
Tag partners, venues, and artists to extend your reach
Monitor analytics in real time and double down on what’s working
Common issues
0 recipients when sending an email: Check that fans completed registration and are subscribed to your messaging list or that the campaign registration window hasn’t closed.
Spotify login not working: Spotify login only works when the campaign is accessed via full link — not embedded widgets.
Custom fields not showing: There may be a short delay after registration before data appears. This is expected.
Leaderboard isn’t updating: Refresh the dashboard. If the issue continues, contact support.
