Steps to closing your campaign

You can close a campaign at any time to stop new registrations and mark the campaign as complete.

How to close your campaign

Once your campaign end date has passed, fans will no longer be able to register. If you have a gamified campaign, you will be able to:

  • Notify the winner(s) and arranged the rewards

  • Message all registrants to provide instructions on how to purchase presale or general tickets


Can I delete a campaign?

Campaigns can’t be permanently deleted. However:

  • You can archive campaigns you no longer want to use

  • You can duplicate a campaign if you need to relaunch it for a new event


How to send a message to the campaign winners

  1. Go to the Campaigns menu

  2. Click View Results on your campaign

  3. Click the Messages tab

  4. Choose Email or SMS

  5. Create your message using the editor

  6. Select your audience segment (e.g. all registrants, top scorers, tags)

  7. Click Send or Schedule when ready.

Who can I message?

You can send messages to:

  • All campaign registrants

  • Specific reward tiers (e.g. winners only)

Message delivery requirements

Email and SMS messaging is only available to fans who’ve consented during registration.
