Only members of the Account Manager group can open Access control (IAM), invite users, or manage API clients.
For more detailed instructions and resources, check out the Live Hub API Documentation and full Rest API.
Step 1: Open Access control (IAM)
Click Current account in the top-left corner of the Live Hub window, and then click Access control (IAM). It opens in a new browser tab.
Step 2: Navigate to API Clients
Main Menu > API Clients
In the Main Menu pane, find and click on API Clients to see the list of existing clients.
Step 3: Add a New API Client
API Clients > Add API Client
Click on Add API Client.
Enter a name, and then click Next. Live Hub generates the client ID and client secret and shows them.
Copy both with the copy-to-clipboard icons, store them somewhere safe, and then click Close.
The client secret is shown only once and cannot be retrieved afterwards. A new client also has no rights until you add it to a user group — for outbound calling, Call Control and Call Data Manager.
Step 4: Copy Your Credentials
API Clients > New API Client
Upon successful creation, Live Hub will generate a client ID and client secret.
Use the copy-to-clipboard icon to save these values securely.
Important: The client secret is only shown once. Copy it now, as it won’t be displayed again. You can create a new one at any time if needed.me.
Step 5: Close the Dialog Box
API Clients > Close
Click the Close button to finish the setup.
