Changing an application's client secret in AudioCodes Live Hub is an important security measure to protect sensitive data and ensure secure authentication with API clients.
Only members of the Account Manager group can open Access control (IAM), invite users, or manage API clients.
Quick steps recap:
Log in to Live Hub
Access Live Hub Login and log in with your administrator credentials.
Open Access control (IAM)
Click Current account in the top-left corner of the Live Hub window, and then click Access control (IAM).
Open the API client
Select API Clients, and then click Edit on the API client.
Change the secret
Beside 'Client secret', click Change, and then confirm.
Copy the new secret immediately â it is shown only once â and update whatever was using the old one. The old secret stops working straight away, so anything still using it fails until you update it.
