Changing an application's client secret in AudioCodes LiveHub is an important security measure to protect sensitive data and ensure secure authentication with API clients.
Quick steps recap:
Log in to LiveHub
Access LiveHub Login and log in with your administrator credentials.
Access IAM
Click on your Profile icon in the top-right corner, then select Manage Account (IAM).
Go to API Clients
In the IAM interface, select API Clients to view the list of applications.
Select the Application
Find the API client for which you need to change the client secret and click Edit.
Generate New Client Secret
Click Change Secret. A new unique client secret will be automatically generated by LiveHub. Copy this new secret immediately, as it will only be shown once.
Update Application Configuration
If needed, update the application’s code or configuration settings to use the new client secret.
Save Changes
Click Save to finalize the update.
