We’ve refreshed the Live Hub UI to give you a cleaner, more intuitive experience! You can now quickly access all key areas of your account from one central dashboard.

Settings and Billing has moved to the Avatar section on the right hand.

A new dashboard is now available.

πŸ“ Navigation Menu: Cleaner and More Centralized

What changed:

  • The main navigation moved from a top bar to a left-side panel.

  • This new layout gives you quicker access to all major management sections.

Why it matters:

  • It's easier to explore and navigate, especially for users managing multiple integrations and features.

  • You now get a full view of all options in one centralized location.


πŸ‘₯ User Management (IAM): Enhanced Identity & Access Control

What changed:

  • IAM (Identity and Access Management) lives under your profile dropdown (top right).

  • You can manage users, assign roles, invite new users, and configure API clients all in one place.

πŸ’³ Billing & Credit: More Clarity, Easier Payments

What changed:

  • Credit balance is now displayed at the top of the pageβ€”clicking it takes you directly to billing.

  • A more detailed Billing tab now lets you:

    • Add or remove credit

    • Enable Auto Recharge

    • View detailed billing history

    • Update billing address and receipt details


βš™οΈ Settings Panel: Your Control Hub

What changed:

  • Account settings like call limits, max call duration, and alarm notifications have been moved into a consolidated β€œSettings” section under the navigation menu.

What’s new:

  • Call limits and alarm thresholds are now easier to configure and view.

  • You can now control the maximum call duration at the account level, which cannot be overridden by bots or SIP configs.


πŸ“Š Statistics & Call Monitoring: Clearer Insights

What changed:

  • Call data and statistics are better visualized and located directly under Call History and Statistics tabs in the left menu.

  • This allows you to quickly monitor performance and activity across accounts.


🏒 Account Administration: Simpler Account Control

What changed:

  • You can now switch between multiple accounts or create new ones from your profile menu.

  • Account creation and deletion have clearer prompts and flow, plus better control over trial vs. essential account features.
