We’re kicking off 2026 with a Live Hub update focused on stronger privacy controls, smarter call rejection, and expanded AI and speech integrations, giving administrators enhanced oversight across security, compliance, and AI flexibility.

🔐 Enhanced Privacy Controls for Calls & Logs
Protect sensitive data with new visibility settings across Live Hub and AI agent logs.

What It Does:

  • Hide phone numbers and caller IDs in call history

  • Hide call transcripts from Live Hub logs

  • Hide call transcripts from AI agent logs

This can be done by clicking your profile picture and choosing ‘Settings’ → navigate to the ‘Advanced’ tab → enable the ‘Hide personal data in call records’ option.

→ New records will have personal data censored with asterisks (*).

🗂️ Call Recording & Transcript Retention Policies
Define how long recordings are stored, customized for your compliance needs.

What It Does:

  • Set retention periods for call recordings (transcripts not yet supported)

  • Centralized access control under Super Admin

This can be done by clicking your profile picture → ‘Settings’ → ‘Advanced’ → set your desired retention period.

🧠 Google Chirp (STT) & Gemini Integration (TTS)
Live Hub now supports Google Chirp for STT & Gemini for TTS.

Further expansions to come in the next versions.

What It Does:

  • Improved transcription and voice output accuracy

  • Additional flexibility in speech engine selection


🤖 Amazon Nova Sonic 2 Support for AI Agents
A new generation of AI performance is now available to integrate with your bots.

What It Does:

  • Integrate AI agents with Amazon’s Nova Sonic 2

  • Enhance conversational intelligence with cutting-edge NLP


🚫 Fraud Protection via Call Rejection Rules

Block unwanted or fraudulent calls before they connect.

What It Does:

  • Add blacklists/whitelists by number or pattern

  • Apply smart routing rejection policies

📞 Phone Number Reduced Pricing Update
We’ve reduced DID pricing and improved transparency around number billing.

What Is It About:

  • Clearer costs and billing logic when purchasing new numbers

  • New countries added (Thailand, Argentina, Puerto Rico, and more)!

  • Lower cost per DID


🗨️ Dynamic Support Chat Window
You can now drag the chat button anywhere on the screen for quick access. Chats open on the right by default. When minimized, the button stays where you placed it.

What It Does:

  • Live Hub 24/7 AI bot assistance and direct line to your CS manager
