Creating a new user in AudioCodes LiveHub is a straightforward process that enables administrators to onboard team members and grant access to the platform's communication and collaboration features. Here’s a quick guide based on the official steps:
Log in to LiveHub
Go to LiveHub Login and sign in with your administrator credentials.
Access User Management
In the main menu, click on your Profile icon in the top-right corner, then select Manage Account (IAM).
Create New User
In the IAM interface, go to the Users tab and click Create New User.
Enter User Details
Fill in the required fields, including First Name, Last Name, Email Address (which will serve as the user’s LiveHub username), and Phone Number.
Set User Password
Enter a password for the user, ensuring it meets complexity requirements (8-16 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, digits, and special characters). Confirm the password by entering it again.
Create Account (if needed)
For new users who are creating an account, enter an Account Name and Description (optional).
Save User
Click Create User to finalize the setup. A confirmation message will appear, indicating that the user has been successfully created.
By following these steps, administrators can quickly add and configure a new user in AudioCodes LiveHub.
