Dear Live Hub community,

As posted a few months back, we kindly remind you of the following:

For those who use SIP calls in the Europe region, kindly follow the directions below and let us know in case you have any questions.

We would like to remind you about the change to the Live Hub certificate used for SIP calls sent towards Live Hub, which may affect your certificate validation process.

Whatโ€™s Changing?

To improve security, we are updating the root Certificate Authority (CA) that signs the LiveHub certificate used for SIP call endpoints.

  • Current Root CA: DigiCert Global Root CA

  • New Root CA: DigiCert Global Root G2

  • Region Affected: Europe

  • Updated Transition Period: June 1, 2025 โ€“ December 15, 2025

Required Action:

If you are validating the certificate presented by Live Hub when making SIP calls, you must add the new DigiCert Global Root G2 CA to your list of trusted root CAs before November 28, 2025.

During the transition period, both the old and new root CAs should be trusted on your systems to ensure uninterrupted connectivity. After December 15, 2025, only the new root CA will be used.

You can download the new root CA here: ๐Ÿ‘‰ Download DigiCert Global Root G2

Please complete this update before November 28, 2025 to avoid any disruption to your SIP connections.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please donโ€™t hesitate to contact our support team.

Thank you!
