You change your own Live Hub password in Access control (IAM), not in the Live Hub portal.
Open Access control (IAM)
Click Current account in the top-left corner of the Live Hub window, and then click Access control (IAM). It opens in a new browser tab.
Open your profile menu
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of Access control (IAM).
Start the change
Click Change password. Live Hub returns you to the sign-in page.
Sign in
Click Sign In.
Set the new password
Enter your old password, enter the new one twice, and then click Continue.
Sign in again
Sign in with your new password.
Passwords are 8 to 16 characters, and must draw on at least three of these four sets: lowercase letters, uppercase letters, digits, and special characters.
