Changing user passwords in AudioCodes LiveHub is a key security step to keep accounts protected. Here’s a quick recap of the steps:
Access User Management
Log in to your AudioCodes LiveHub administrator account.
Go to your Profile icon > Manage Account (IAM) > Users.
Locate User Account
In the Users list, find the user whose password you need to change, then click Edit next to their name.
Initiate Password Change
Click Change Password to access the password update field.
Enter New Password
Enter a strong new password that meets security standards (uppercase, lowercase, numbers, special characters).
Save Changes
