Log in to Live Hub
Go to Live Hub Login and sign in with your administrator credentials.
Open Settings
In the Navigation pane, select Settings, and open the Advanced tab.
Set the duration
In the 'Max call duration (minutes)' field, enter the limit, and then click Update.
The field states the longest duration Live Hub currently supports. Use the link beside it to ask AudioCodes for a longer one. A maximum duration can also be set per bot connection.
By following these steps, you can effectively control the maximum call duration in AudioCodes Live Hub to meet your account’s requirements.
