How to Create Additional Accounts 🏢

Creating additional accounts allows you to expand user access and manage multiple users within your organization's account.

Here’s a quick recap on the steps:

  1. Log in to Live Hub

  2. Open the Current account menu

    • Click Current account in the top-left corner of the Live Hub window.

  3. Start a new account

    • Click Create new account.

  4. Fill in Account Details

    • Enter the following details:

      • Account Name: Choose a unique name for the new account.

      • Account Description (optional): Provide a brief description of the account’s purpose.

  5. Create the account

    • Check the box to accept the terms and privacy policy, and then click Create.

If the account does not require approval, Live Hub creates it and switches you to it immediately. If it does require approval, Live Hub tells you, and you can switch to the account once an administrator has approved it.

By following these steps, you can effectively create additional accounts in AudioCodes Live Hub to better manage various organizational units.
