Resolving a possible duplicate medication order

  1. Navigate to the 'Medications' tab:

  2. Locate the medication order that has the 'Possible Duplicate' flag:

  3. Select 'Match Orders':

  4. Within the 'Match Orders' screen one will have three options:

Tip: Search for the medication name in the 'Search' bar to view the orders side by side.
