To prepare for an emergency (power outages or loss of internet connectivity) where your access to August Health may be disrupted, We encourage you to have the most current Medication Administration Records (MAR), Face Sheets, and Care Summaries on hand. If you are aware of severe weather that could impact your community's power or internet access, you can print these items beforehand.

How to print MARs, Face Sheets, and Care Summaries:

Additionally, eMAR will still be functional offline. If you are logged into the eMAR and lose internet connectivity, you can continue to chart the med pass using the offline eMAR charting functionality. If you complete any med pass while offline, please remember to log back into the eMAR on the same laptop or device once the internet is working to sync the data.

Care Track can also be used offline. If you are logged into Care Track and lose internet connectivity, you can continue to chart on care routines with the Care Track offline functionality. If you complete care routines while offline, please remember to log back into Care Track on the same laptop or device once the internet is working to sync the data.

By taking these steps to prepare, you can help ensure that residents continue to receive the necessary care and medications they need in the event of an emergency.
