1. Your account is pre-configured with staffing ratios, budgets, roles, shifts, and units.

2. Our platform generates your daily schedules by reviewing your employees' master schedules, verifying their scheduled workdays based on their pre-set master rotations.

3. The system cross-verifies if any staff members are on leave, have called-out, or are undergoing orientation. If so, these employees will be automatically excluded from the daily schedule.

4. Lastly, any confirmed shift pickups from internal staff and agency clinicians for the day are also considered.
