(Open the dropdowns for a full understanding)

Direct-Care Staff

a) Unit Managers

b) RN

c) LPN

d) CMA / Med-Tech

e) GNA

f) CNA

Other- Staff

This Category consists of all your 'Nursing Administrative positions'.

Starting with your Nursing Supervisors, Director of Nursing (DON), Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), MDS Nurse, IP Nurse, Wound Care Nurse, and many more.

  1. All employees included in this 'Other Staff' Category who are Full-Time or Part-Time should have Master Schedule Rotations setup.

  2. These shifts will always show on the bottom of your daily schedule and NOT on any designated unit.

  3. In event an employee in the 'Other Staff' category occasionally fills an open 'Direct- Care' shift. You will need to add a second profile for this employee as a Per-Diem (PRN) nurse to have the ability to assign them to a specific unit.

Orientee

Your internal New-Hires, as soon as they accept your offer, add them right away to your scheduler.

Prior to saving their profile, just input their expected date range for their orientation prior to inputting their master schedule or shift pickups.

This pauses their Master Schedule Rotation until they complete their orientation.

Internal Employees

  • Full-Time

  • Part-Time

  • Per-Diem (PRN)

- Full-Time and Part-Time employees, should always have their Master Schedule Rotations setup in their profiles.

- Per-Diem (PRN) employees will only have specific shift pickups added to their profiles.

Agency Staff

Agency clinicians do not receive a Master Schedule Rotation, specific shift pickups added to their profiles.
