Q. How do I edit an employee’s master schedule?

A. To modify an employee's master schedule, follow these steps:

1. Go to the master schedule tab, which will display the master schedules for all employees.

2. On the top of the page, you can utilize the search bar to easily locate a specific employee.

3. Once you have found the desired employee, click on the left icon labeled "edit schedule" to make changes to their schedule.

You also can do this from the employee tab, navigate to their profile and on the bottom left click on ‘Edit Schedule’ icon.

Q. How do I see my hiring needs?

A. To view your budgeted needs and assess your hiring position and schedules, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the master schedule tab, where you can access the master schedules for all employees.

2. Filter for the combination you are looking for, by shift, position or unit

3. Look for the "unhide suggestions" option located at the bottom left of the page.

4. Click on "unhide suggestions" to reveal your suggested hiring needs.

5. Utilize filters to narrow down the view to specific positions or shifts that are relevant to your hiring needs.

6. Upon clicking, you will be able to see the hiring recommendations or suggestions based on the existing schedule and staffing requirements.

By following these steps, you can conveniently review your budget and identify your hiring needs within the master schedule tab.
