Q. How do I send a shift to the app from the daily schedule?

A. Follow these steps:

1. Find the open shift you would like to send to the app.

2. Locate the plus icon next to "open position" click on it.

3. A new page will open, and you will see an option labeled "App Push".

4. Enter the pick-up shift start time and end time.

5. You will have an option to customize the message sent out

7. If you would like notifications to be sent out, check the "urgent" box. If you want the shift to be instantly accepted by an employee and does not require approval, check the "instant accept" box.

8. Finally, click on the "send to app" button to send the shift notification to all your employees.

Q. How do I send multiple shifts at once to the app?

A. To send multiple shifts to the app from the open shifts tab, follow these steps:

1. Access the open shifts tab

2. Look for the option located in the top right corner labeled "Send shift to app".

3. Select the shifts you want to send by checking the corresponding checkboxes.

4. Once you have selected all the desired open shifts, click on submit.

5. The selected open shifts will now be sent to the app, notifying eligible employees of the available shifts.

Q. How do I approve pending shift pickups from the app?

A.

1. Access the open shifts tab

2. Look for the option located in the top Left corner labeled "View Pending Approvals".

3. Select the Approve or decline button accordingly.

Q. How do I remove an open shift from the app?

A.

  1. Once the shift is filled it automatically removed

  2. On your daily schedule, find the shift you would like to remove, and select the โ€˜Xโ€™ icon on the right.
