There are 3 different types of follow-up statuses for scholarships:
Pending: the follow-up is pending a response from the recipient.
In Progress (formerly “Take Action”): the follow-up action has been submitted by the recipient and now requires review.
Complete (formerly “Closed”): the follow-up is closed and no longer requires action
The Scholarship Tasks tab displays all scholarship-related follow-up tasks, including post-award and renewable tasks. Use Manage Filters to narrow results, or click any column header to sort tasks by that column.
If you'd like to view only a certain type of status, you can filter the list by using the 'Manage Filters' button. From the filter dropdown menu choose to filter by 'Status'.
Checkoff the statuses you would like to appear on your task board and choose 'Apply Filter'.
You'll noticed an additional status called "New". This status is specifically related to creating your own tasks.
To return to your task board choose to 'Save Filters'.
