Getting Started: Transition Checklist
1. Switch Your Site to Review Groups
Starting a New Cycle Soon? You'll be prompted to switch to review groups when setting up your next cycle.
Mid-Cycle? Our tech team can quickly make the switch for you. Simply email support@awardspring.com to request the change.
Note: If your reviewers have already started scoring for the current cycle, we recommend waiting until your next cycle to switch.
2. Review Your Current Setup
Run the Score Card Assignment Report (Reports tab>Stock Library) to review how your current scholarships and score cards are set up.
Identify which scholarships should be grouped together or kept separate. (See best practices below.)

In the past, scholarships could only be grouped into one global review, with any exceptions requiring individual scholarship-specific reviews. Review groups give you more flexibility.
