This tab lists all applicants in the review group who need to be scored or are currently being scored. An applicant is displayed here once, regardless of whether they have applied to one or more scholarships in the review group. The applicant's reviewer score is visible here once scoring has begun.
Additionally, you can deny an applicant for all scholarships within the review group by expanding the individual student record and clicking Deny. Bulk deny is applied to all scholarships in a neutral status for this review group. Awarded statuses for this applicant will not be impacted.
The applicant will no longer be visible to Reviewers in that group, and they will be marked as 'denied' on all scholarships they applied to that are assigned in the review group.
Why would you do this? Imagine you have a review group for all Nursing scholarships. If a student applied to scholarships in this review group, but then changed their major to something other than Nursing, they would no longer be considered for Nursing scholarships. Denying the applicant for all scholarships in the group prevents them from being reviewed.
