Custom Scholarship Fields

Custom scholarship fields allow you to track internal processes or references, such as scholarship types or whether your colleagues have completed scholarship-related tasks. Custom fields can be configured under Settings > Scholarships > Custom Fields in the left navigation menu.

Under the Custom Fields subtab, you'll find 4 different types of custom fields:

  • Multiple Select

  • Single Select

  • Numeric Field

  • Text Field

To add a custom field, choose a custom field type you would like to add and enter the field text you would like displayed with appropriate answer options (if applicable).

There is no need to save, as everything is auto-saved. If you made a mistake and want to delete the custom field, click the Delete button.

Custom fields are utilized on the Scholarships > Details tab and will appear under the Scholarship Details section.

Note: Custom fields appear on all scholarships; however, the data entered in these fields is specific to the scholarship.
