How to know if a withdrawal from my Baji account was successful?

To confirm whether your withdrawal has been successfully completed, there are mainly two steps.

1. Initial confirmation from the platform:

First, you need to check on the Baji live website or app to make sure they have successfully processed your request.

What to do: Go to your account “Profile” and enter the “Transaction Records” section.

What to check: Look at the status of your recent withdrawal request. If the status shows “Success,” then you can be certain that Baji live has processed the payment and successfully sent your funds.

2. Verify the funds in your own account:

Just because the platform sent the money doesn’t mean the process is complete. A withdrawal is fully completed only when the money arrives in your personal account. Final confirmation must come from your bank or e-wallet.

  • E-wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Tap Pay, etc.

  • Local Banks: Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited, The City Bank Limited, BRAC Bank Limited, Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited, etc.

Check the SMS received on your mobile, or log in to your payment app (such as the bKash app) and check your balance or statement.

Your withdrawal is considered 100% successful only when both of the following conditions are met:

  • You see “Success” in the platform’s “Transaction Records.”

  • You confirm that the money has been added to your own (personal) mobile banking (e-wallet) or bank (local bank) account — verify whether you received the correct amount or if any difference occurred.

Once these two steps are completed, you can be fully assured that your withdrawal is successful.

Remember, there are two main methods for withdrawing money from Baji live:

• Through Bank:

If you withdraw directly to your bank account, the money will be sent straight to your bank. This is a direct bank transfer withdrawal process.

• Through E-wallet:

If you request a withdrawal to bKash, Nagad, or any other e-wallet, the money is not sent directly by Baji live. Instead, authorized Baji live agents receive your withdrawal request and send the money to you from their own e-wallet through a cash-in process. This method is mainly a peer-to-peer (P2P) or personal transaction.
