Showing “Withdraw Pending” in Withdrawal Status? Know the Reasons & What to Do

When you submit a withdrawal request, sometimes the status may show “Withdraw Pending.” This means your withdrawal request has been successfully received and is currently under verification and processing. The funds have not been sent yet, but your request is safely stored in the system and is being processed.

Why Does “Withdraw Pending” Appear?
There can be several reasons behind a pending withdrawal status. Some common reasons are mentioned below:

🔹 System Maintenance
During system updates or maintenance, withdrawal processing may temporarily slow down. This is done to ensure safe and stable transactions.

🔹 Bank Transfer Processing Time
If you withdraw through a banking channel, additional processing time may sometimes be required.

🔹 Agent or Payment Channel Limit
If the agent’s daily transaction limit has been reached, withdrawals may remain pending until a new limit becomes available.

🔹 Network or Payment Gateway Issues
Temporary network or payment service issues can also cause transaction delays.

🔹 Security Verification
To ensure account security, some withdrawals may go through additional verification processes.

How Long Can Withdrawal Processing Take?
Usually, withdrawal processing may take around 30 minutes to 1 hour to complete. However, in special situations such as bank transfers, server load, or payment channel delays, it is normal for the process to take longer.

ℹ️ What Should You Do If “Withdraw Pending” Lasts Too Long?

1. Check Transaction Records

Follow the steps below to verify your withdrawal status and information:

  • Log in to your account

  • Go to the Profile option

  • Select Transaction Records

  • There you will find all your withdrawal records and Transaction IDs

For example, a withdrawal Transaction ID usually looks like this:
W00xxxxxxxxx

2. Wait for Some Time

In many cases, even if the status remains Pending, the withdrawal gets completed automatically after some time. Therefore, it is better not to submit multiple requests unnecessarily.

3. Contact Customer Support

If the status remains Pending for more than 1 hour and you do not receive any updates, please contact a customer specialist through live chat.

While contacting support, keep the following information ready:

  • Withdrawal Amount

  • Payment Method

  • Transaction ID

  • Approximate withdrawal time

4. Cancel/Revert the Pending Request and Try Again

In some cases, canceling (reverting) the pending request and submitting a new withdrawal request can resolve the issue more quickly.

📌 Important Tips

  • Avoid submitting multiple withdrawal requests at the same time

  • Use correct bank or e-wallet information

  • Regularly monitor your Transaction Records

  • Do not repeatedly refresh or submit new requests unnecessarily
