When you submit a withdraw request, the status might show as “Withdraw Pending.” This means your request has been received by the system but hasn’t been processed yet — it's currently under review.

Why does the withdraw show as pending?
There can be several reasons for this status, such as:

  • System maintenance may temporarily delay the withdraw process. This is essential to ensure secure and fast transactions.

  • Bank transfers may take a bit more time than other methods.

  • If an agent's daily transaction limit is reached, your withdraw will remain pending until new limits are available.

How long should you wait?
Normally, a withdraw is processed within 30 minutes to 1 hour. However, in some cases — like bank withdraw, agent limit issues, or network Issues — it may take a little longer.

ℹ️ What should you do if it stays pending for too long?

  • Be patient and keep checking the status:
Go to “Profile” > “Transaction Records” to monitor your withdraw status.

  • Contact support if needed:
If your request is pending for more than 1 hour and you haven’t received any updates, please return to the chat and speak with one of our customer specialists.

Many times, canceling (reverting) the pending request and requesting a new withdraw resolves the problem.
