Adding a Customer to an Existing Event:
In your timetable, navigate to the class where you want to add a customer.
Click on the three-dot menu associated with the class and select 'Add an Attendee' from the menu options.
Search for an existing customer or add a new one by entering their details.
Input the customer's information, such as their name and contact details.
Click on 'Add Booking'

In your timetable, click on 'Manually Add Booking.'
Select 'Create a Calendar Appointment.'
Fill in the necessary details and click 'Next'
Enter the details of the attendees for this event.
Click 'Add Booking' to save the new calendar appointment.
