There are two options of manually adding attendee / guest numbers on the Baluu Dashboard. Please follow these very simple steps to manually update your event attendee numbers.

Go to the Baluu Dashboard and select the 'Timetable' tab.
2. A new page will open with all the scheduled events. Go to the event session you would like to manually add an attendee to and go to the far right and click on the 3 dot menu.4. A drop-down menu will open, select on the 'Add an attendee' option.
5. A new window will open with a 'Add an attendee' form. Please fill in all the required information and then select 'Add Booking' button.
6. A confirmation window will appear and the attendee will be added automatically to your event session.
How do I update my event availability?
Updating your event availability is quick and easy. Simply follow these steps to get the most out of your event sessions.
1. Go to the Baluu Dashboard and select the 'Timetable' tab.
2. A new page will open with all the scheduled events. Go to the event session you would like to manually add an attendee to and go to the far right and click on the 3 dot menu.
3. A new drop-down menu will open, select 'Update event availability'
4. A new window will open with the event availability form. Please add in the required information and then click on the 'Submit' button.
5. A new confirmation window will appear confirming the changes.
