How can I view and manage my upcoming events?

The Timetable on your dashboard is designed to streamline the process of managing upcoming events and customers.

How does the Timetable work?

The first thing to note, is that the Timetable view is separated from the Session/Date view for an event. Clicking on an upcoming event opens a Session page with all guest details and options to make changes.

Viewing the guests on a new page has a dual benefit of saving on a load of time for the Timetable page and clearly showing the action buttons for each event in a vertical 3 dot menu.

Viewing options by date

You can choose to view all your upcoming events, events by week or by month. This comes in particularly useful when wanting to look for a specific event in either the future or the past.

There is an option on the top right to control this, as below:

By clicking the 3 dot menu at the top right of the event listing you will find the 'Email all Attendees' feature which is used to bulk contact all customers attending that specific date. Next is the 'Assign Instructor' feature which allows the business owner to assign the instructor for that specific event session. Following this is the 'Edit Notes' feature widely used to add in any last minute notes in relation to that specific event date.

Then there is the 'Cancel session' feature which easily allows business owners and instructors to effortlessly cancel the event session. Following this is the 'Manage Listing' feature used to make any changes to the event session. Last but not least is the 'Move this event to be held live online' feature to quickly move an event from in-person to an online virtual event session.

When opening the Timetable it shows events happening that day and in the future, showing all upcoming events by default. You can still change to view by month (or week) if you wish via the drop-down menu at the top right of the Timetable page.

How do I see and manage my bookings for each event?

To view the customers booked on each event session, you can simply click anywhere on the chosen date in the Timetable and this will open the session page.
