There's nothing you need to enable—Google Pay and Apple Pay are available automatically when supported by your customer's device and browser.
Apple Pay
Customers will see Apple Pay when booking using Safari on an Apple device with Apple Pay set up.
Google Pay
Customers will see Google Pay when booking using Google Chrome on a device with Google Pay enabled.
