If you need to manage or assist a customer with their bundle bookings:
Go to the Bundles section in your dashboard.
Select the Bundle ID of the customer you wish to check.
Click View Bundle Customer View.
From there, you can:
Select sessions on behalf of the customer if they’ve shared their preferred dates with you.
Copy the link to the customer’s bundle view and send it to them directly if they’re having trouble selecting sessions themselves.
This makes it easy to help customers who may be struggling to book or access their bundle.
