Can I refund a customer for a bundle?

Refunding bundles is a little different. This is because the sessions are bound together under one payment.

1. Can I refund my customer for their whole bundle?

Yes! to do this, go to People > Customers and search for that customer. Once you have found their bundle booking, click the three-dot dropdown next to their name and select 'cancel'.

On the popup which follows make sure to tick the box saying 'refund this booking'

This will cancel and refund their whole bundle.

2. Can I cancel a customer's whole bundle without refunding?

Yes! Just repeat step 1 - but do not click 'refund the booking' on the cancel popup. This will reissue the dates to the customer's bundle booking link (if it is still valid) and the customer can pick dates which work better for them.

3. Can I cancel and refund just one sessions of a customer's booking?

While you can cancel just one bundle booking, you cannot (yet!) partially refund just one date of a bundle.

N.B. You can only cancel dates of the bundle which are not the first. Cancelling the first date of a customer's bundle cancels the whole bundle.

To cancel just one date of a bundle, go to your Timetable page, and select the date onto which the customer has booked with their bundle date. On the three-dot dropdown next to that date, select 'cancel'.

If the customer's bundle link is still valid, then they may choose to use their link to schedule in the returned session on a different date.

4. How can I partially refund for a cancelled bundle date?

To partially refund a customer for cancelling one (or more) dates of a bundle - but not the whole bundle - please get in touch with the Baluu team at support@baluu.co.uk stating:

  • the email address with which the customer booked

  • the date(s) they were booked onto

  • the name of the event they were booked onto

  • the total amount to be refunded

and the Baluu team will sort this out for you.
