By default, emails sent to your customers (such as booking confirmations and reminders) are sent from the business email address set in your Business Settings.
If you would like to change this email address or set a different reply-to email, you can do so in your dashboard.
1. Change Your Business Email Address
This email is used as the main contact email for your business.
In your Baluu dashboard, go to Settings.
Click Business Settings.
Update your business email address.
Click Save.

2. Set the Email Address Customers Reply To
If you want customers to reply to a different email address than your main business email, you can override it in the Notifications settings.
Go to Settings.
Click Notifications.
Select Settings.
Enter the email address where you would like customers to send replies when they receive emails from Baluu.
Click Save.
This allows you to control where customer replies are sent, even if automated emails are sent from a different address.
