You can automatically ask customers to leave a review after their product has been dispatched. This helps you collect feedback and build trust with future customers.

How It Works
When a product is marked as dispatched, Baluu can automatically send a post-dispatch email to the customer 24 hours later.
This email can include a request asking the customer to leave a review for the product they purchased.
How to Manage Product Review Emails
Go to Services in your dashboard.
Select Settings.
Open the Product Reviews tab.
Under Post-Dispatch Email Settings, choose one of the following options:
Review Request
Sends an email asking the customer to leave a review.
The email is sent 24 hours after the product is dispatched.
Disabled
No post-dispatch email will be sent.
Click Save Post-Dispatch Settings to apply your changes.
When to Use Review Requests
Enabling review requests is a great way to:
Collect customer feedback
Build social proof on your products
Improve trust for new buyers
If you prefer not to send automated emails after dispatch, you can simply select Disabled.
