Managing Membership Members

You can easily view and manage all your membership customers in one place.

Viewing your members

To get started, go to Memberships → Members.

Here, you’ll see a list of everyone who has purchased a membership, including their current status:

  • Active

  • Payment pending

  • Paid

This page gives you a quick overview of all your members and their subscription status.

Accessing member details

To manage a specific member:

  1. Click the three dots (⋯) next to their name

  2. Select Member details

What you can see

Inside Member details, you’ll find:

  • Member information (name, contact details, etc.)

  • Membership plan details

  • Latest payment status (paid or pending)

  • Next payment due date

You can also manually update a payment status from pending to paid if needed.

Payment history

You’ll be able to view:

  • Full payment history

  • Individual payment details

This helps you track all past and upcoming payments for the member.

Notes

Under the Notes section, you can add internal notes about the member.
These notes are only visible to you and your team.

Actions you can take

Under the Actions menu, you can manage the member’s subscription:

  • Pause subscription

  • Cancel at period end

  • Cancel immediately

This section gives you full control over your memberships, making it easy to manage payments, track activity, and support your members.
