Access Your Subscription Settings
Log in to your account.
Go to Business in the main menu.
Select Billing.
Cancel Your Subscription (Move to Free Plan)
If you’d like to cancel your paid plan and move to the free subscription:
In the Your Subscription section, click Cancel.
You’ll continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period.
After this, your account will automatically move to the free plan.
Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan
If you’d like to change your plan:
In the Change Plan section, click Upgrade or Downgrade.
Choose the plan that best suits your needs.
Confirm your selection.
