1. Go to the 'Business' section and click on 'Billing'.
This will open the Billing page, where you can view and manage your subscription and transaction details
At the top of the page, you will see three tabs:
Transaction Fees – shows your commission rate, transaction limits, and billing cycle usage.
Communication Credits – displays your available credits for SMS or other communications. (coming soon)
Invoices – where you can view and download all invoices issued by Baluu for your subscription and fees.
What You Can See on the Billing Page
1. Your Subscription
At the top of the page you can see:
Your current plan
The monthly subscription cost.
Your next payment date.
Buttons to:
Manage Payment (update your payment method)
Cancel your subscription.
2. Transaction Fees
This section shows the fees applied to paid bookings, products, and gift cards.
You can see:
Commission Rate – the percentage charged per transaction.
Minimum Fee – the minimum fee applied if the percentage fee is lower.
A note that UK VAT (20%) is added to commission fees.
You will also see your billing cycle with the current usage, for example:
Billing period dates
Number of transactions used vs allowed (e.g. 2 / 500 transactions).
If you reach the transaction limit included in your plan before the end of your billing cycle, any additional transactions will be charged at the Standard plan rate until the next billing cycle begins.
3. Change Plan
Here you can view and switch between available plans:
Standard (Free) – 3% commission or 50p minimum per transaction.
Pro – £49/month with lower transaction fees.
Growth – £24/month with 2% commission or 30p minimum (your current plan).
Scale – £299/month with the lowest commission and higher transaction limits.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan from this section.

4. Add-ons
Optional features you can add to your account:
Custom Email Domain – send booking emails from your own domain.
Custom Domain – connect your own website domain to your booking page.
Custom Features – tailored features for businesses with specific needs.
Each add-on shows the monthly cost and an option to activate it.
