Use Peak Time Surcharge rules to automatically increase or decrease pricing for sessions that take place during specific times.
This is useful for:
Charging more during busy evening hours
Adding weekend surcharges
Creating off-peak discounts
Applying seasonal pricing windows
How to Create a Peak Time Surcharge
Go to your event or session and create or edit a ticket.
Inside the ticket settings, locate the Price Modifications section and click Add Price Modification
Click Peak time surcharge
Configure the following settings:
Add a clear internal name for the rule.
Example:

Evening Pricing
Configure the Action
Under Action, choose how the price should change.
Type
Select one of the following:
Increase by %
Decrease by fixed amount
Decrease by %
Increase by fixed amount
Override price
Value
Enter the amount or percentage.
Example:
15 = increase prices by 15%
Add Conditions
Conditions determine when the pricing rule should apply.
Example: Evening Peak Pricing
Condition type:
Session falls within time range
Time range:
Start time: 18:00
End time: 22:00
This means the surcharge will apply to sessions starting between 6pm and 10pm.
Stackable with Other Discounts
Enable Stackable with other discounts if this rule should combine with other pricing rules.
Priority
Priority determines which pricing rule takes precedence.
Higher priority rules are applied first.
Example:
Priority 101 overrides Priority 100
Final Step
Once everything is configured:
Click Add Rule
Save your pricing settings
Test a booking to confirm the surcharge applies correctly
